wattsCalculator inputs
Watts to Amps performs its calculations in your browser. The calculator does not send the power, voltage, current or power factor you enter to an application server. There are no site accounts, advertising scripts or analytics scripts in the app.
Optional saved settings
If you select “Remember these settings on this device,” the app saves your conversion direction, input value, circuit, real or apparent power measurement, units, voltage, power factor, voltage reference and decimal preference in this browser’s local storage. They are not synchronized to another device.
Uncheck that option or use Reset to remove those saved settings. Clearing this site’s data in your browser also removes them. Without this option, the calculator does not save your settings between visits. The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
Hosting and technical information
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. Ordinary page requests may involve technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested address and request time. Cloudflare may process this information to deliver and protect the service. Its handling of service data is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Support email
Messages sent to contact@wattstoamps.app pass through Cloudflare Email Routing and are delivered to a Gmail inbox. Your sender address, name if supplied, message and any attachments are processed by those providers and used by me to understand the issue, communicate with you and maintain the tool. See Google’s privacy policy for its service practices. Please send only details needed for your request.
I do not sell support messages or use them for advertising. Correspondence may be kept while it is useful for support, resolving an issue, protecting the site or meeting applicable obligations. Provider retention and backups may also apply; there is no fixed deletion interval promised here.
Your choices
You can use the calculator without enabling storage or emailing me. Copying, printing or downloading results creates material you choose to keep on your own device or with your chosen service. External reference links take you to sites with their own privacy practices.
For a privacy question or a request to access, correct or delete support information, email contact@wattstoamps.app. I may need enough information to verify the request and locate the relevant message. Rights and any exceptions depend on the law that applies to you.

If the site’s practices change, I’ll revise this page and its date. This policy describes the site as it operates on the date shown above.
